Colin is the Global VP of Brand for McDonald’s. In this role he is responsible for defining and implementing brand strategy across communications and restaurant experience for one of the world’s top ten brands in 120 countries. His team focuses on creative excellence, social and digital marketing, sports and entertainment alliances and family marketing.
Prior to this, Colin was Worldwide Head of Planning for Ogilvy & Mather, which was named Adweek’s “Agency Network of the Year” in 2016. Under his leadership, Ogilvy had been awarded “Most Effective Global Network” by the Effies in four out of his five years.
Colin has spoken widely and written on brand matters for publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Advertising Age and the Harvard Business Review. He serves on the board of the Advertising Educational Foundation and Advertising Research Foundation and is a David Rockefeller Fellow in the Partnership for New York City.
