Donnie envisions the future of marketing, and then brings to fruition data-lead, creative, and customized solutions, for Horizon clients. He manages an expanding team of more than 300 digital experts, with established capabilities in both the New York and Los Angeles offices. With the mindset that digitally-led solutions enable marketers and business, he forges partnerships with emerging vendors and develops proprietary capabilities to engage the consumer of today. Over the past 10 years, Donnie has been a principle author in the development of Horizon’s emerging media practice inclusive of a full-service social marketing team; a comprehensive mobile capability; HX, the largest scaled transparent platform services team; and Horizon’s digital performance marketing capability (search-related services), and their advertising data solutions practice.
