Masha led a movement within government to make services more accessible to New Yorkers by leveraging digital and tech tools. Masha manages teams with a compassionate and results-oriented approach.
Currently, Masha work in the NYC Mayor's Office of CTO, where I drive the strategic direction of the office and operationalize and scale complex projects.
Throughout her career, Masha have developed a talent for persuading stakeholders, incentivizing employees, negotiating between parties, and solving institutional problems. In a previous role, Masha led the city’s digital strategy, working with over 70 city agencies to improve the city's engagement with New Yorkers.
Masha graduated from the University of Oxford, where I majored in Philosophy and Psychology. Masha am a proud immigrant and a big sister to two future leaders of America.
