Karen Adam

Karen has built consumer, not-for-profit and B2B brands in both agency and client roles. However, she has spent the majority of her career in the fast-paced Beauty and Fashion industries working for icons such as Chanel, Dior and Donna Karan, as well as indies like Jo Malone. Most recently, she was VP of Marketing for Supergoop!, a disruptive skincare brand 100% dedicated to sun protection. Many of the businesses and organizations that she has served have been founded and led by women.

She earned her undergraduate degree in Art History at Duke University and her MBA at Columbia. She also serves on the board of the Jericho Project. Karen is born and raised in New York and currently resides in Brooklyn with her husband and 4-year old son.
