Michael Boychuk
Michael Boychuk is Executive Creative Director at Amazon where he leads Amazon’s global advertising and design team, driving campaigns across product lines including Echo, FireTV, Prime, Kindle, and Amazon’s Super Bowl efforts, #Baldwin Bowl and Echo Moments.
He started as the third employee at Seattle’s WONGDOODY, an Ad Age Agency of the Year, and in 1997 moved to L.A. to help found the first satellite office. He then moved to SK+G advertising in Las Vegas as Executive Creative Director. In 2011 he joined Leo Burnett, where he led the Sprint business and a brand campaign featuring James Earl Jones and Malcolm McDowell. Michael has led creative work for Samsung, Clif Bar, adidas, ESPN, The CW, Full Tilt Poker, Fox Sports, MGM, The Los Angeles Dodgers and The Sonics.
He has received advertising and design awards from Cannes Advertising Festival, The Clios, The One Show, The Obies, Communication Arts, Type Director’s Club, Adweek Best Spots, Kinsale, IAB MIXX and Lurzer’s Archive.
