Michael Bordash

Michael Bordash is a Distinguished Engineer and leads the cognitive incubation team within Watson Customer Engagement. The Incubator partners with customers, product managers and technical leaders to explore, discover, ideate, prototype, decide, develop, and deliver AI innovations to market that are valuable to our clients and IBM teams in the manner of a fast-moving startup. Michael is a start-up veteran, his last company (Xtify, Mobile Customer Engagement) was acquired by IBM in 2013 and he has since found a great home in IBM leading this incubation team. During this session, Michael will talk through the challenges of delivering high functioning AI solutions to a business domain, and demonstrate his team’s latest platform, Watson Marketing Assistant.
