Jennifer leads the North American Strategy, Creative & Design service line for IBM iX. She transforms the way that clients work with IBM and how they engage with their customers to drive results in a complex digital environment.

Her experience across all sectors, with a focus in the technology and financial services, has helped the world’s largest banks lead the digital field, create innovative anti-fraud biometrics experiences for bank employees, and develop a landmark banking application for Apple Watch™.
