Jennifer Berrent is the General Counsel and Chief Culture Officer at WeWork. Jen has over 20 years of business and legal experience, primarily working with technology and life sciences companies. Most recently prior to joining WeWork, she was a partner at WilmerHale, where she was the head of the New York emerging company practice. She has represented companies at all stages of development: from incorporation to financing, to sale or IPO, and beyond.
Jen holds a BS from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is a JD Honors graduate of New York University Law School.
