Michael Goldban

Michael Goldban is the Senior Vice President, Retail Leasing for Brookfield Property Partners.  In his role, Michael develops strategy to manage and execute the leasing of Brookfield’s retail assets located in our US markets.  He has over twenty years of experience in numerous areas of commercial real estate with a strong focus on repositioning urban retail assets.  Most recently, Michael served as the Senior Vice President and Northeast Regional Development Officer at The Rockefeller Group, where he was responsible for existing and future development projects in New York,  New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and throughout New England. He also served in various executive management roles at Equity Office Properties and Forest City Ratner Companies.  While at EOP, he led the retail leasing efforts at 1095 Avenue of the Americas, 5 Bryant Park, The Cubes in New York.
