Spencer Sloe

Spencer Sloe is AOL’s VP of Advertising Product & Strategy responsible for the creation of innovative, industry leading advertising products and publishing monetization strategy.

Previously, he was head of operations at The Huffington Post where he created maximum value and drove performance. He also helped operationalize and scale the award winning content marketing department Partner Studio. Prior to The Huffington Post, he was the Head of Product Design & Development at Interactive One. As one of the founders, Spencer was instrumental in the creation of the #1 online platform for the African American community, serving more the 7 million users monthly. Prior to that, Spencer spent three years working at AOL as the Head of the Key Experiences. His team won the first broadband Emmy in 2006 for its role in the development of “Live 8 on AOL”.

Spencer graduated from Colgate University with a major in Psychology. He currently lives in Park Slope, Brooklyn with his wife and two kids.
