Kya Sainsbury-Carter, VP of Global Partner Service for Microsoft Advertising, leads strategic partner relationships and management across global Agency Holding Companies, global Syndication and Distribution partnerships and internal One Microsoft engagements. Kya has held various Sales and Operations leadership roles within both Search and Display over the 10 years with Microsoft, prior to which she led Client Services for MarketSmart Interactive, a Search agency in Raleigh, NC and was the VP of Product Management at Art.com; she also spent 6+ years at Compaq and HP in roles across Latin America eCommerce and Enterprise Storage; in prior lives Kya was a financial analyst, a restaurant manager, a deadhead and a passionate international traveler and today she lives in Bellevue with her husband Neil of 19 years and her two sons. Kya earned her MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and her undergraduate degree from University of Arkansas.
