Les Hollander

Les Hollander is Global Head of Audio Monetization at Spotify. In this role Les is responsible for developing the Spotify audio monetization strategy across the companies 58 market global footprint, evangelizing the Spotify digital audio platform to brand partners, as well as coordinating all measurement, insights and data solutions for Spotify’s advertisers.

Prior to joining Spotify, Les served as Vice President of Digital Sales at Gannett, where he was responsible for the development and execution of the company’s strategic digital sales plan that drove over $300M+ in revenue across 82 sites. Les was also Vice President of Sales/Director, Eastern Region Radio Sales, at Pandora.com, where he successfully paved the way for the company to generate 50% of its revenues from mobile platforms and also drove incremental sales increase of $407M over a 4-year period. Les has also held positions at CBS Radio and Clear Channel, among other national companies.
