Over the course of two decades spent in commercial aviation, Nigel Adams led large cross-functional teams, global operations groups, designed customer service programs and orchestrated turnarounds for failing business units. Nigel’s airline career was highlighted by joining JetBlue in the startup days and launching the customer service division. After 4 years and several JD Powers awards for service excellence, he moved on to a completely new path as an executive coach and leadership consultant – which later led to becoming a member of Rosetta’s Executive Committee and part of Publicis Groupe.
Today as the Chief Talent Officer for Razorfish, Nigel has the responsibility of supporting leaders and teams with a cross-functional People Services team that support the approximately 2400 team members across the Razorfish network brands. He also serves as one of the senior talent leads for the Publicis.Sapient solution hub.
