The industry’s diversity problem is broad and imminent. And it can be hard to tackle in specific, actionable ways. The time has come to move past the problem to the solution—from talk to action.

How do we embrace talent from different backgrounds and experiences? This panel will discuss real examples of programs that are making a difference, giving the organizations who use insights and skills to evolve, alongside the massive demographic, technological and social shifts that we'll see in the coming decades.

The industry has no lack of diversity conversations but a real lack of actionable solutions and it’s easy to be paralyzed on conversation instead of making a difference. We plan to discuss real examples of programs and initiatives that are making a difference in diversity of perspective, gender, and orientation.

It’s important we move beyond conversation to action. That we move beyond problems to solutions. Let’s focus on making a change that will help make our work and our organizations better.

We plan to differentiate this talk in 3 main ways:

1. Real stories: We will illustrate through real people and programs that are making a difference now.
2. Get specific: We will talk about real and actionable ways you can learn from those examples and adapt them to your organization.
3. Give back: The companies that participate will offer their time and expertise to consult with you. View Less
