Matt Putrino

Matt Putrino is the co-founder and label manager of Aloe Music, a new record label based in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. In the past year their releases have been covered in publications like Stereogum, Pitchfork, The Fader, SPIN, and NME. Consistent with their emphasis on collaboration and transparency, this past summer Matt Putrino signed the Fair Digital Deals Declaration on behalf of Aloe Music, joining over 900 independent labels around the world to protect artists’ rights to digital royalties. Matt is a graduate of Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York.
