Cathy is the Co-Founder and President of AdLarge Media, the fastest-growing national audio advertising sales representation firm. Under her leadership, AdLarge Media is at the forefront of innovation, delivering creative solutions that drive revenue at the intersection of content and technology.

Cathy is focused on growing the audio advertising marketplace, fostering partnerships with some of audio’s most ground-breaking content and platform providers to produce a unique suite of opportunities that take full advantage of audio’s attributes of mobility and deep engagement.

She was COO/EVP for Jones MediaAmerica and Westwood One Radio Networks, and has been recognized as one of the “Most Influential Women in Radio” by Radio Ink Magazine three times. Cathy and her partner, Gary Schonfeld, launched AdLarge Media in 2010.
