Dr Dana Ardi

Dr Ardi is a leader of the human-capital movement as well as being highly distinguished in the field of Executive Coaching and Talent recruitment. She is currently the Managing Director and Founder of Corporate Anthropology Advisors, L.L.C. a consulting company that provides human capital advisory and innovative solutions to companies building value through people. Prior to founding Corporate Anthropology Dr Ardi served as a Partner at Faltiron Partners and subsequently a Managing Director at CCMP Capital/JP Morgan Partners.
In addition to being a member of the Royal Society of the Arts Dr Ardi serves on the corporate Board of AMC Entertainment Inc. Among her many philanthropic efforts, she is on the Creative Arts Council of the Museum of Modern Art, New York, where she holds the position of Liaison to the Painting and Sculpture Department and the Board of Directors for New Yorkers for Parks.
