Toby Byrne is President, Advertising Sales, Fox Broadcasting Company and Fox Sports Media Group. In this position, he oversees all sales operations for FOX, including primetime, broadcast sports, cable sports and digital.
Prior to his appointment in 2010, Mr. Byrne served as Senior Vice President of Eastern Sales since January 2006. A 17-year veteran of FOX’s sales staff, he originally joined the company in early 1996 as an account services representative. Mr. Byrne was made an account executive in December of that year, and then was promoted to Vice President in 2003. Prior to joining the network, he was a media buyer at BBDO in New York.
Mr. Byrne is a graduate of Georgetown University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and serves on the board of directors for the American Advertising Federation and the Ad Council.
