Mohan “Mo” Renganathan is SVP, Group Director, Digital & Innovation, overseeing digital strategy and innovation for Procter & Gamble. In this role, Mo is responsible for the innovation discovery, design, delivery and deployment across all media channels including TV, mobility, social, video, and ecommerce, keeping P&G at the forefront of what’s next.
With more than 15 years of digital experience, prior to his current role, Mo oversaw all P&G digital investment in North America. He joined Starcom MediaVest Group in 2004, and has led national and global campaigns for clients including Samsung and P&G. Mo has led significant digital revenue growth across clients like Heineken, Avon, UBS, Wendy’s, and on a global scale for Continental Airlines and Samsung. As a result of his leadership and impact, in 2007, Mo was recognized by OMMA as a Rising Star.
Prior to joining MediaVest, Mo spent five years at digital agency Modem Media, through the formative years of online advertising, including one year leading the digital media group in Modem Media's Paris office. There, he pioneered digital and online advertising for such clients as Citibank, Delta Air Lines, and JCPenney. Earlier in his career, Mo worked for Price Waterhouse Management Consulting where he defined business specifications for large-scale technology implementations for global clients such as Nabisco International and Hoffmann-La Roche.
Despite being a proud resident of Brooklyn, NY and calling New York City home for over 15 years, Mo still remains loyal to his hometown Boston Red Sox.
Mo holds a degree in Molecular Biology & Biochemistry from Middlebury College with a minor in French.
