Emily Culp joined Unilever in 2011 as the company’s first Director of Social Strategy and Emerging Platforms. In this role, Ms. Culp worked across an array of functions and agency/media partners establishing a more robust and rigorous presence within the social media space , as well as evaluating and engaging emerging media and commerce platforms.
Prior to Unilever, Ms. Culp was the VP, Global Digital/Consumer Marketing & Media for Clinique. She started the department in 2008 and led a range of initiatives in CRM, social media, digital & mobile marketing.
Ms. Culp started her career in agency account management and marketing, and has more than ten years of experience with FMCG clients through her work at agencies such as OgilvyOne, Arnold and Digitas.
She earned an undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Columbia University.
