Laura Zaferson

Laura Zaferson is a great admirer of the wonders that the human mind is capable of achieving. She is currently CSO at McCann Lima, an office that for the 5th consecutive year is in the Global TOP 10 of the Effie Index. Additionally, she is Academic Director at BROTHER (Lima office), the most creative school network of the Cannes Film Festival.

She has been VP of Planning at Publicis Groupe at a regional level, senior planner at Circus Grey, brand supervisor for Movistar at DDB and Unilever at LOWE, and was in charge of leading the LatAm team at JWT for the ESIKA brand (Belcorp).

Academically, she has a Master's Degree in Human Factor Management from UPC and EOI (Spain) and a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising from Universidad Mayor (Chile) and creative copywriter from La Escuela de Creativos (Argentina).
