Melissa de León

Born and raised in Panama, Melissa has worked all over the world, taking her passion for sports with her every step of the way.

Her professional journey includes leading marketing strategies for brands such as Reebok and Adidas, and championing the expansion of Under Armour as their Brand Marketing Manager for New Markets. In this role Melissa was instrumental in the launch of global markets such as Australia, Russia, South Africa, South East Asia, the Middle East and others.

She currently leads all marketing strategies in Latin America, and oversees the brand communications efforts in all commercial channels, including retail, ecommerce and wholesale.

A mother of toddler twin girls, Melissa lives her passion for sports by training frequently and enjoying the outdoors. She’s personally committed to empowering girls and women through sports, and believes in Under Armour’s mission to make athletes better through passion, design, and the relentless pursuit of innovation.
