Xochilt Balzola-Widmann

Xochilt is currently serving as the Country Director of Mexico for Facebook, a role she has held since August 2018. Previously, she was leading SMB for Facebook as Director in charge of Central/Eastern Europe, DACH, Israel and Gaming.
Before Facebook, Xochilt spent a big part of her career in the Gaming Industry where she built and launched World of Warcraft and Call of Duty for Activision Blizzard in EMEA as Vice President for the Region. Then she went to Amazon to build the Kindle Business Unit in Central Europe. She also worked for Rocket Internet as Chief Sales Officer in one of their Ventures. She has over 20 years Tech and Sales experience in 3 continents.
Xochilt is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and holds an International Business Administration Master from Clemson University. Born in Italy, she is a French/Mexican citizen; both, her Dad and Grandfather were Mexican too. She resides in Mexico City with her husband and 3 kids.
