Sophie Arinde

Sophie Arinde (she/her) is the Community & Programmes Manager at Milk Honey Bees, a Black girl led creative and expressive safe space for Black girls to flourish and put H.E.R (Healing, Empowerment and Resilience) first. Milk Honey Bees is rooted in the creativity, celebration, and liberation of Black Girlhood, and has partnered with the likes of Levi's, Canva, Sony Music UK, Barbie, Mission 44, BBC Children In Need and many more to deliver a range of community-led initiatives, events and programmes for Black girls across the UK and internationally.

Beyond her work at Milk Honey Bees, Sophie is the founder of The Kollab Network, a career development platform that connects young people with opportunities, funding, mentorship in the creative industry. Passionate about the intersection of creativity and social change, she is committed to making the creative industry more accessible to individuals from underserved communities.
