Sumathi Menon is a technologist and AI strategist who runs an AI training and consulting practice, focusing on curious non-corporates, predominantly women, and helping SMEs adopt AI affordably.
Her journey in tech began in the mid '80s with a scholarship to learn BASIC in Delhi, leading to a career in Financial Services tech across New York, London, and Frankfurt. After running a digital marketing agency, AI’s rapid evolution led her to retrain in AI Strategy at UC Berkeley-Haas.
Now, as UK Regional Lead for Women Defining AI, she champions the shift from AI users to builders, redefining who shapes the future of tech.
