Elad Brindt Shavit

Elad recently joined Alison.ai as VP for Europe, launching the company's regional operations. 

With over 20 years of senior leadership experience at Meta and Microsoft, Elad has led global marketing and growth initiatives, supporting marketers and entrepreneurs. As Global Category Director at Meta for eCommerce, Tech, and Telco, he built strategic partnerships with the largest brands across EMEA.

Before moving to London, Elad launched Facebook’s operations in Israel, transforming it into a global hub for marketing innovation. He also developed Meta’s first global programs for startups, VCs, and investors, scaling them across multiple regions.

Elad advises startups and investors, mentoring founders on growth strategies, product-market fit, and operational excellence.

Elad is a passionate advocate for LGBTQ rights and serves as a board director for the Avenues Project, a charity supporting young people in London.

He is a proud father of three.
