In this session...

Three 10 min fireside chats each hosted by JOT co-founders. Using their collective voice to raise visibility of issue impacting Black women in the advertising, comms and media industry.

Session 1. Challenging the 'sunsetting' brigade 2. Black women and the equity gap 3. Collaboration - a call to arms how do we accelerate action.

JOT was born at Cannes Lions 2022 when our co-founders recognised the lack of Black British women at the festival. Launched with a vision to see the UK's Black women celebrated on stages, in boardrooms and anywhere it counts, proudly taking up space and being recognised for our expertise.

Our purpose is simple to use our collective power to amplify the amazing work of Black female talent in the advertising, marketing, media and communications industries by creating a platform for Black women to be visible, feel supported and thrive. View Less
