Grace Ladoja

Grace Ladoja, founder of Homecoming Festival and co-founder of Metallic Inc. Established in 2017, Metallic Inc is a global cultural studio that seamlessly connects artists, brands, and youth culture. Homecoming Festival is a platform for cultural and creative exchange between Africa and the world, championing a new generation.
Renowned for managing global artist and producer Sarz, who has worked with Beyonce, Drake, and WizKid, and played a key role in Skepta's Mercury Prize-winning "Konnichiwa" campaign.
Grace’s efforts have been recognised with an MBE in 2018 for her outstanding contributions to music, she is also a Nike Creative partner influencing the global rebrand of the Nigerian Football Jersey since 2018. In 2020 Grace and and Metallic initiated the Metallic fund - a programme dedicated to addressing inequality in the the creative industries through grants and mentorship for black creatives in the industries through grants and mentorship for black creatives in the UK.
