Visha Kudhail

Formerly Director of Business Marketing, EMEA at Pinterest, Visha spearheaded marketing efforts for Pinterest across Europe, elevating its positioning and awareness over the past 3 years. With prior experience in YouTube Ads marketing at Google, she later led industry brand and reputation for Google and YouTube in the UK. Visha's twelve-year tenure at Thinkbox, the marketing body for commercial TV, saw her leading TV campaigns and large-scale events, plus collaborating with industry bodies in the UK.

Visha co-founded the FUTURES Network in 2015 to unite winners in mutual support and inspiration towards female leadership. She champions diversity, launching Pinterest’s EMEA Women@ chapter in 2020 and serving as its Exec Sponsor globally. Visha sits on several boards, sharing strategic advice and is the Host and Creator of the 'Behind The Face of Success' Podcast series. delving into the unvarnished stories behind success, challenging the glossy veneer of social media.
