Tom Pepper

Tom Pepper joined LinkedIN in 2015 and is now Senior Director Head of Marketing Solutions for LinkedIn EMEA & LATAM. Tom is responsible for helping B2B marketers across multiple verticals to identify, target and engage the world's professionals through the LinkedIn platform.

Before joining LinkedIn, Tom was Managing Director of Vibrant Media - a native advertising platform.

He has two young children and became passionate about striking a better work/life balance after taking six weeks paternity leave after the birth of his second child.
