Tash Whitmey

Tash's career spans over 25 years in data, tech, CRM, loyalty, and retail. CEO of Havas Helia for eight years, she was part of a team that designed and built loyalty and CRM strategies for Adidas, Subway, Diageo, EasyJet, and more. She also led the Global Data Practice for Havas, bringing together media and data practices across 18 markets.

Since joining Tesco, Tash has led a major transformation of the Clubcard scheme, driving member growth engagement and digitisation, taking active households from 14.3 million to more than 20 million and app users from 900,000 to 11 million.

Tash now spearheads Tesco UK's retail media business, bringing together 400 colleagues from Dunnhumby and Tesco focused on creating innovative media solutions that deliver immersive experiences and measurable business performance for over 500 CPG advertising partners.

She was the Jury President of the Creative Data Lions at Cannes. She is a Fellow and former NED of the Marketing Society.
