Join Our Table is a UK initiative to celebrate and amplify Black female talent in the advertising, media, marketing and communications industries. Our aim is for Black women in our industry to feel seen, supported and visible. At a time when the advertising industry is at risk of losing 30% of its Black talent, only 2.8% of leadership roles are held by Black women and only 1.5% of marketing executives are Black women (All in Census 2023), hear how influential Black women are driving the change they want to see, and that the industry desperately needs.
