Anita Caras

Anita Caras is the founder of Caras Consulting, which helps organisations use data to drive strategic decision-making. She has extensive media, tech and leadership experience, having worked at Yahoo, Verizon, Microsoft, Viacom, Zenith and ITV.

Anita is known for developing and nurturing talent and accelerating diversity of thinking in the industry. She has been an active participant in employee resource groups (ERGs) for over seven years and was elected as Yahoo's Global Co-Chair of the WIN ERG, which, at last count had over 800 active members.

Anita is passionate about people and has a proven track record of developing and growing teams. She is a natural storyteller who is committed to driving positive change and leading diverse working groups. She has been invited to keynote at prestigious industry events and has won several awards, including Campaign's 40 Over 40 2022 and IAB Europe's Digital Researcher of The Year Award 2021. She is also an active mentor, committed to nurturing young professionals and helping them achieve their full potential.
