With over 15 years experience in sports partnerships, Nicky leads partnerships at leading sports consultancy agency DSM (part of YMU Group) - specialising in helping brands and rights holders activate their partnerships in sport.
Following many years overseeing commercial partnerships at The FA across the Euros, World Cup tournaments, FA Cup, the England team, and managing brand partnerships, retailers and licensing - Nicky is highly experienced in the sports partnerships space.
Her clients at DSM include working with the Warner Bros on their Emmy award winning Ted Lasso Series, building and activating talent campaigns for Xbox, and advising numerous brands and rights holders on their commercial partnerships within Sport.
