Deepti is an experienced executive who worked in Consulting and Private Equity before joining Tag under various roles, with a focus on business transformation.
At Tag, Deepti has designed, developed and launched a Technology SaaS Marketing Platform, Digital Interact, attracting 50% of Tag's high-calibre clients, including Direct Line Group, Meta and Lego. The technology has subsequently been awarded 7 VEGA digital awards and is now fundamental to how Tag services its clients. Additionally, she heads up our Global Production hubs across the world that employs 1000+ creatives to deliver creative content at scale.
As a part of her role, she is dedicated to creating an inclusive workplace; she is a champion of diversity, equity and inclusion and ensures our people are front of mind in wider business decisions. Deepti was awarded the prestigious Campaign’s 40 over 40 award, as well as being honoured with the 2022 Adweek New York Future is Female award for her exceptional work in the industry and the strides she has taken to empower women.
She helped position Tag to its current and prospective employees by creating companywide policies across maternity, paternity, abortion leave, IVF and achieving 52% employee split in women's favour.
Deepti hails from India and is a lover of Indian Classical Music.
