Elizabeth Diaferia

After an extensive career in international financial markets and politics, Elizabeth has her own consultancy working in creative industries and tech working closely with both the UK government and industry. She regularly promotes the UK creative industries via international and local engagement and led a delegation of digital businesses to CHOGM in Malta. She was a guest speaker at the UK Government India Tech tie up in Delhi in 2018. She was Advocacy Director for London Tech Week and assisted in curating the Summit Stage for CogX and Createch at London Tech Week 2020. She was previously Head of New Business working in the coalition government with senior parliamentarians, SMEs and entrepreneurs.

She is a Mentor for Commonwealth First, a Programme developed by the Commonwealth
Enterprise and Investment Council with the Foreign Office, and sits on the Advisory Boards for TOBEFRANK, a sustainable fashion brand, and Finito, helping young people find their career choices. She has recently been appointed a mentor to tech companies in India and has her own environmental and sustainability project.
