Catriona Rainey

Catriona is a Senior Programme Manager at Creative Equals. She has managed a number of complex, international projects for clients across several industries and brings her deep knowledge of culture transformation to empower businesses to arrive at inclusion-first solutions. In addition, she leads on product development across the Creative Equals data suite. She regularly collaborates on sector-wide survey design, as well as spearheading industry-first internal research projects in the privilege and disability spaces. Her Masters in Gender, Society and Representation led her to the role, along with her experience studying and working internationally.
