As a former copywriter in the advertising industry, Carmen developed a keen sense
of storytelling and experience creation - furthering her understanding of the digital
worlds at a user research consultancy, Analyse Concept and a hybrid XR creative
agency, Holition. Moving into production in creative technology meant realising those
skills in a new and more engaging approach that explores phygital, virtual and
augmented reality to empower virtual commerce for partners around the globe.
