His process-driven approach ensured that commercial strategy translated into reality as he knows how to implement directives across all levels of the business. A nurturing director who gives his all to help his team grow and prosper, with a unique ability to draw the best out of people.

Before joining MiQ, Dean was the Head of Video at OATH, Senior Sales Manager at AOL, Senior Planner for Mediacom and Digital Account Manager at Conrad Advertising.
