Lorraine Jennings-creed has worked for NABS for over 13 years. Prior to joining NABS, she worked as an actress and consequently has an intrinsic interest in people and psychology.
Lorraine currently leads on culture change at NABS, and is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, talent and wellbeing. Lorraine played an instrumental role in the timeTo initiative to eradicate sexual harassment in the industry, co-creating a Code of Conduct which gives guidance on the issue to organisations across the industry.
As part of Lorraine’s role, she has also led the strategic development of NABS core services, such as the Advice Line, coaching and NABS Talks. During the worst of the pandemic, the services under Lorraine’s guidance coped admirably when faced with a 35% increase in demand.
In her spare time, Lorraine is a member of Bloom – a not-for-profit organisation supporting women in the industry to reach their full potential, alongside raising funds for Women’s Aid.
