Sue Frogley

As CEO of Publicis Media UK, Sue leads 2000 passionate people across its £1bn+ revenue operation which includes media agencies Digitas, Spark Foundry, Starcom and Zenith. A member of the Publicis Groupe UK Executive Board, Sue also plays a vital role in delivering its ‘Power of One’ vision to drive connectivity and integration across the Groupe.

Sue has been dedicated to creating a unique and dynamic culture across Publicis Media which culminated in moving all its agencies under one roof at the former BBC Television Centre in 2019. To coincide with the move, Sue introduced fully flexible working which has since rolled out across the wider Publicis Groupe in the UK.

Sue is part of Facebook’s Client Council, a member of WACL (Women in Advertising & Communications, London) and was recently named as one of the Evening Standard’s Progress 1000, London’s Most Influential People of 2019.
