Ruth Zohrer

Ruth Zohrer is Global Chief Client Success Officer for Wunderman Thompson’s Commerce & Technology division, responsible for developing a best-in-class proposition that delivers growth for clients.

Ruth is an industry-recognised leader in the MAdTech space with a proven track record building data-led, customer-centric operations from scratch for B2B businesses in scale-up stage, as well as transforming multi-disciplinary teams for established B2C companies.

Prior to Wunderman Thompson, Ruth held various leadership roles within Mindshare. During her UK tenure she defined a data-driven approach to planning that culminated in the agency’s best results to-date at the MediaWeek Awards with 17 shortlists and 6 wins.

Most recently, Ruth led the global relationship with BBVA, a bank globally recognised for its digital experience. In this role, she led the launch of a single brand identity across all of BBVA’s active markets and managed its media operations globally.

Ruth’s expertise in applying technology as an enabler of change was honed through roles within start-ups, including building and leading technical account management in EMEA for AppNexus (now Xandr, part of AT&T). She is still active in the space through advisory roles.

When not working, Ruth enjoys playing golf with her dog Taquito and losing track of time learning new things (her latest endeavour: human physiology).
