Henry Leon

Henry Leon is a Principal at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), based in London. He is a leader of the Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice, specialising in advanced analytics and marketing technology as a driver of business strategy and consumer experiences, working across industries with brands and their partners.
Prior to joining BCG, Henry held strategy, marketing and sales roles in consumer goods at L’Oréal for almost a decade, covering major markets across Europe and North America.

Henry contributes regularly to thought leadership; most recently as co-author of the BCG Google report ‘The Dividends of Digital Marketing Maturity’. He is a regular speaker at marketing events and acts as an advisor to start-ups on marketing strategy and execution.
