Zoe Bailie

Zoë is Director of Brand and Innovation at The Mix.

Zoë has spent over 20 years working across the third sector and corporate social responsibility. After studying psychology Zoë then moved into charities such as The Mental Health Foundation, The Stroke Association and Islington Voluntary Action Council - gaining experience in leadership, policy, marketing and fundraising.

In CSR Zoe worked at The Body Shop, as Global Marketing Manager for Values, and at Bauer Media setting up and running the Cash for Kids charity at national radio stations.

Zoë is passionate about giving young people the opportunity to be whoever they want to be and is Governor at a school in Hackney, London.
