Caroline Taylor

Caroline Taylor is Vice President and CMO for IBM Global Markets, leading IBM’s international marketing teams around the world. A 30 year marketing veteran, Caroline joined IBM in 1997, and held a number of regional leadership roles prior to taking on her current global remit in 2016.

Caroline is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, for sustainability, and for ending modern slavery. She is chair of the board of trustees of Stop the Traffik, a charity which is pioneering intelligence-led prevention of human trafficking; connecting community generated big data with sophisticated data analytics and AI.

In the January 2017 New Year Honours she was appointed as an Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (OBE), for services to Marketing, Diversity and Prevention of Human Trafficking.
