Laura Barlow

Laura Barlow is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in business leadership, transformation and financial and operational restructuring as an executive, adviser and investor in UK and international corporations.
She is currently Head of Large Corporates & Institutions at NatWest and has previously served as Interim Group Chief Risk Officer, Head of Restructuring and as a Trustee of the RBS Group Pension scheme, one of the largest defined benefit schemes in the UK. Laura was formerly a Managing Director at AlixPartners, a global consulting firm, where she served in a range of advisory and interim management roles including Chief Restructuring Officer of Sea Containers and interim Chair of Welcome Financial Services.
Laura is a regular speaker on the MBA programme at the London Business School. She is a graduate of Oxford University, a director of the Women’s Prize for Fiction (formerly the Baileys/Orange Prize) and a trustee of Turtle Key Arts
