Harsh Kapadia

Harsh is Executive Creative Director of VMLY&R. He is responsible for the agency’s creative thinking and output. He works across the portfolio of Client Partners including Baileys, Center Parcs, Danone, Nestlé, and the International Olympic Committee. In a career spanning over a decade and across four continents, Harsh has spent time at JWT in India, Australia and New York working with brands like Ford, Kraft, Kleenex, Smirnoff, Rolex, Godrej & Boyce, the Australian government, and Nestlé. While at VML New York, Harsh led new business efforts and the global creative mandate for New Balance, LEGOLAND Florida Resort, Motorola, and the United Nations. His work has been recognised with industry awards including Cannes Lions, Clios, D&AD, The One Show and Spikes Asia. Additionally, his leadership earned him a letter of recognition from First Lady- Michelle Obama.
