Milka Kramer

Milka is Sales Director in the UK Bing team. Her team helps the largest advertisers in the UK to identify the latest trends in consumer behaviour and technology adoption and align marketing strategies accordingly.

Previously she was responsible for Search revenue and marketplace performance in Western Europe. Milka has also led Strategy and Business development of the Consumer and Online division in Central and Eastern Europe.

Prior to joining Microsoft, she worked in media and publishing. Milka is originally from Bulgaria, holds Business Administration degree from Sofia University and MBA from INSEAD.
