Emma is the CEO and founder of Beano Studios, a global entertainment business, driven by the spirit and rebellion of all things Beano. Emma was previously the Managing Director of Freesat, the UK’s free satellite TV and on-demand service, which is an ITV and BBC joint venture. Prior to founding Freesat, Emma launched Freeview, Britain's biggest digital TV platform, she was also Chief of Staff to the BBC Director-General and created the BBC’s first on-demand digital service. Emma started her career as a researcher in the House of Commons.
