Suki Thompson is an entrepreneur and transformational business leader. She has founded businesses including; Bunker Gin, The Haystack Group and award-winning marketing management consultancy, Oystercatchers. Suki has been named Entrepreneur of the Year (advertising category) in the 2018 WinTRADE awards.

Suki is Executive Director for Xeim, which helps clients achieve excellence in marketing through insight, advice and connections via a newly launched platform which brings together Centaur’s marketing brands.

Suki is also Chair of Oystercatchers where she's led change in reshaping the marketing industry – pioneering new marketing model development bringing together traditional marketing, digital, tech and innovation for clients like Sainsbury’s, The Post Office, EY, BA and McDonald's. For two years running, Oystercatchers has been named a leading UK management consultancy by the Financial Times.
